In a perfect world, we would be able to “do it all”. We don’t live in a perfect world, though, and so we must instead prioritize. In Episode 10 of ClimbSci, Tom and I discuss how best to prioritize nutritional choices for climbing performance—that is, what choices will make the biggest impact (first priority), what choices will make little impact except for those doing everything else already, and all the choices in-between.
