A new episode of ClimbSci is out, this time on cardio exercise and its effects (good and bad) on climbing! As always, you can find the notes on the ClimbSci website; the episode itself can be watched or listened to below.
Also, Tom and I are excited to announce that moving into the future, ClimbSci will be a monthly podcast to be released on the final Friday. So, get your calendars marked because this month you’ll actually get to hear another episode of ClimbSci.
